Working with Andy at West Harvard Furniture made my purchase of a double recliner super easy. He stayed on top of the order, letting me know when I could expect it, and called me on LABOR DAY to set up a delivery date for this week. I will definitely be return to this store for future needs.

She listened to my issues and resolved them as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend this store. Their delivery team that came to my house was very good at their job and definitely showed concern as they completed repairs on chair. Best place to buy furniture, Kelli was the salesperson I delt with the 3 times I went in, she was so patient with me I was having trouble deciding. The deliver of both couch and recliner went very well. The guys were very pleasant and came when they said they would be there.

We recently purchased two stressless chairs and two Amish custom bookcases from Kili at west Harvard furniture. Kili was very helpful and allowed us time to consider our purchases without any pressure. Kili was very knowledgeable about the bookcase program and chairs. If we need furniture in the future we will ask for Kili. We would recommend the delivery drivers. Thanks John & Cindee

Fantastic furniture store. We are seriously picky and found a couch, recliner and a bedroom set in about one hour. They carry La-Z-Boy, Flex Steel, Country Values, some Ashley,Stanton and other really nice brands, too. Tovah helped us find everything we needed. She is extremely helpful and gave us a great deal. I highly recommend Tovah and West Harvard Furniture. I would come back anytime. FYI: Ask if products are in stock. In this modern world of supply chain issues and shipping backups, the product may take longer than you may want which could be a factor in your selection.
